You'll need to be out of the house for a minimum of 2 hours.

To help us deliver a safe and effective pest treatment, please follow these steps before we arrive:

✅ Clear the clothesline – Make sure no clothes or linen are hanging outside
✅ Tidy benchtops – Remove any food items and store all clean dishes away
✅ Pack away loose items – Ensure clothing, toys, and personal items are off the floor
✅ Pet care – Remove dogs, cats, birds, and their bedding, water, and food bowls away from the house
✅ Fish & reptiles – Cover tanks securely and turn off air pumps during the service

These simple steps help ensure your treatment is as effective and safe as possible for your household.

To get the best results from your service, please follow these aftercare guidelines:

🚫 Avoid mopping floors for at least 7 days.
If mopping is necessary, try to keep at least 30cm away from skirting boards to preserve the chemical barrier.
💧 If you notice any run marks on exterior windows, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth.
⚠️ Avoid disturbing any wet patches or pooling of treatment product — this will allow it to dry and work effectively.
🧼 Wipe down benchtops, tables, and food prep areas before use to ensure surfaces are clean and safe for meals.
